General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Idea Box Ltd. (Идея Бокс ЕООД), with registered office and address of management at: Vladaia village, 12 “Pliska” Street (hereinafter referred to as the “Merchant”), and the users of the website and online store (the “Site”).

By using the Site, the user agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Subject of the General Terms and Conditions

The Site provides information about products and enables the conclusion of a purchase and sale contract between the Merchant and the customer by placing an online order.

3. Orders

3.1. An order is considered placed when the customer completes the ordering process and receives an email confirmation.
3.2. The Merchant reserves the right to refuse an order in case of lack of availability or incorrectly provided data.
3.3. The customer is obliged to provide accurate and truthful information when placing an order.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1. All prices are in Bulgarian leva (BGN) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.2. Payment is made online via Stripe.
4.3. Upon successful transaction, the customer receives an email confirmation.

5. Delivery

5.1. All orders are processed and dispatched within up to 3 business days.
5.2. Deliveries are carried out via a selected courier in Bulgaria and abroad.
5.3. The customer pays the delivery cost according to the rates specified at checkout.
5.4. For international deliveries, the customer is responsible for all customs duties and local taxes.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
6.2. The product must be returned in its original commercial condition, undamaged.
6.3. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
6.4. A refund is issued after the product has been received and inspected.

7. Complaints

7.1. In case of a defect or non-conformity, the customer may submit a complaint by email.
7.2. The Merchant reviews the complaint within 14 days.
7.3. In the event of a justified complaint, repair, replacement, or a refund is offered.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All texts, images, design, and content on the Site are the property of the Merchant and are protected by law.
8.2. Copying, distribution, or use without explicit permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Merchant is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Site.
9.2. The Merchant does not guarantee the absence of technical errors or compatibility with specific devices.
9.3. The Merchant is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or customs authorities.

10. Personal Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Site.

11. Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions

The Merchant may update these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon their publication on the Site.

12. Applicable Law

All matters not regulated by these General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Bulgarian law.
