Shipping Policy

1. Order processing

All orders are processed within 3 business days after receipt and confirmation of payment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Delivery to Bulgaria

• Deliveries are made via a courier of our choice or via an option specified in the shopping cart.

• The delivery time after order processing is usually 1–3 business days, depending on the courier's terms.

• The shipping cost is calculated automatically upon completion of the order or is indicated on the product page.

3. International delivery

• We also ship orders abroad, with processing taking up to 3 business days.

• The delivery time depends on the specific country and the conditions of international couriers.

• The customer is responsible for any customs duties, fees or additional costs imposed by local authorities.

4. Tracking shipments

After shipping the order, we provide a tracking number if the courier service offers it.

5. Unreceived or delayed shipments

In case of a delay or problem with delivery, we ask the customer to contact us at info@ideabox-bg.com.
We will assist in checking with the relevant courier.

6. Damaged Shipments

If the order arrives with visible damage, the customer must immediately file a claim with the courier and contact us for assistance.
