Refund Policy
1. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, according to the Consumer Protection Act.
2. Return conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must be:

in original and undamaged commercial condition

without traces of use

with all accompanying labels and packaging

accompanied by proof of purchase (email confirmation or receipt)
The merchant reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is damaged or used.
3. Return procedure

The customer must send a return request to: info@ideabox-bg.com

After confirmation from us, the product is sent back to the address provided in the instructions.

The customer bears the costs of the return, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
4. Refund

The refund is made in the same way the payment was made (for example, via Stripe).

The amount will be refunded within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Shipping costs are not refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped product.
5. Defective or damaged products
If the customer receives a product with a defect or damage:

must notify us within a reasonable time via info@ideabox-bg.com

send photos of the defect

After confirmation, the product can be:

replaced
-
corrected (if applicable)

or the amount will be fully refunded
-
All costs of returning defective products are borne by the Merchant.
